BSc Sport and Exercise Sciences

Sport and Exercise Science is made up of three core disciplines: Physiology (the branch of biology that deals with of how the body functions), Biomechanics (the study of movement of the body and the forces that underpin movement), and Psychology (the study of the mind and behavior). Our Sport and Exercise Sciences degree will give you an in-depth understanding how to apply these sciences to sport and exercise, as well as the opportunity to study other related topics including nutrition and health.

Year 1 entry: 112 UCAS points (or equivalent), Foundation Year entry: 48 UCAS points (or equivalent)

We welcome applications from students studying T Levels.

For all courses we also accept a wide range of other qualifications and experience.
Specific entry requirements:

A-level / BTEC (or equivalent qualification) required in a science, sports science, PE or Psychology subject.

GCSE (or equivalent) requirement: Maths Grade C / 4.

Having developed scientific, analytical and employability skills you will also be in a position to apply for general graduate level jobs in a wide range of fields outside the sport & exercise industry.
